Collecting In Person

Goods cannot be collected from our warehouse or offices. Stock is dispatched direct from our warehouse - no stock is kept at our offices.

Cancelling An Order

To cancel an order you should let us know in writing, or by email within 14 days of receipt. (Send us an email).

Please read the following section on returning unwanted items.

Return of Unwanted Items

Unwanted items must be returned in their original condition, be complete (including all manuals and papers etc.), not be personalised (eg engraved, painted, marked etc.), and be in their original undamaged packaging with any shrink-wrap and seals intact. Items in blister packs (or similar) which require the destruction of the packaging to open must be unopened with the packaging intact and undamaged, therefore you should ensure the item is wanted before opening. Email us and we will contact you to arrange the return. (Send us an email).

We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, DVD, audio, and software products where the item has been unsealed.

For reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept the return of earrings of any type, pierced or clip-on.

For reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept the return of wheatbags, hot-packs, etc. where they have been unsealed.

All refunds for unwanted items are subject to inspection and testing of the returned item.

Return of Faulty Items

If an item is faulty we'll arrange a replacement or at our discretion a refund.

You must email us before returning any any item so that we can arrange the return with you. (Send us an email).

We will refund your shipping costs when returning a faulty item provided the shipping costs are agreed with us before the item is shipped.

All refunds or replacements of faulty items are subject to inspection and testing of the returned item.

Colour Reproduction

We take particular care about colours and shades and we present all our photographs as accurately as photographic and electronic processing allows. However, variations in individual screen technologies and settings will always cause a slight variation from the original.
